    In reviewing all of the information provided, it appears that I sent in only the English-translated version of her divorce decree, along with the certification of the translation, but not the original version in Russian. My apparent oversight has caused additional delays (assuming that is what the RFE is about). I won't know for certain until I receive the request in the mail.
