Received Wife's Passport today, Going home Sunday...WITH MY WIFE!

we check online twice a day and call once.....but we only call DomEx....should we be calling anyone else?

Need some help from previous VJ'ers...We were approved for my wifes Visa and it has been 4 days, and no passport from Domex. We have elected to pick it up but they still do not have it (or so they say) any thoughts?

Thank you everyone for your well wishes. Our visa was approved after a long day.....I will write my review, which by the way is not all that bad, as soon as I am back in the States with my lovely wife! We are waiting for Domex to receive our information so we can go pick it up! Soon! Very Soon!

My wife received an "Open Date" letter in the mail yesterday...she will have her medical exam Tuesday (due to the holiday on Monday in the DR) and we will go Tuesday October 2nd!!!!!

Call them almost everyday and no word on interview date...NOT HAPPY!, requested an expedited interview date..hope to hear from them soon!

Received our first email from NVC...paid the fee today...Am I supposed to wait for the I-864 Affidavit of support to be emailed to me?

Received our case number from NVC, waiting for their email to continue to move forward....I will be so happy when all of this is over!

Approval received today 6/28/12...FINALLY....any help with the remainder of the process would be helpful...I look forward to your feedback my VJ Friends! We're all in this together

you will have to wait until NVC receives your case and gives you case number that will take up two to weeks or more..meanwhile you can get prepared for the AOS have everything ready as well for the ds3032 and of course the fee..afterpaying your AOS fee and sending the packet and of course do not forget to send the DS3032 very important (you can do it via email) after sending all that your IV bill will be invoice and the fee will have to paid and the DS230 packet sent and after that just wait ...

Is it crazy of me to be checking the USCIS website DAILY? Still waiting...nothing outlasts the USCIS...they keep going and going and going.....you get the point!

hehe!! NOT AT ALL! I used to check it after the 3 months mark EVERY single day atleast 10 times. seriously..until I received my NOA2 when I least expected it. I cant say to be patient because I sure ain't patient at all, but just stay positive that sooner than you think youll receive the news you've been waiting for.

Can anyone help me find out how much this process takes in the DR? I am trying to budget what fees need to be paid over there and how much they are, including the medical fees, interview, visa, delivery, etc...can someone help me?

Still waiting....I miss my wife and it is expensive to fly there every month....but OOOOHHHHH so worth it!
