Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Respectfully,

  2. I suggest the petitioner fill out all the paperwork as she is the USC and speaks and understands English well. I am trying to understand why the visa applicant is filling out the forms. I would never even imagine my spouse trying to comprehend the forms when English is his third language. It is evident this a very challenging process, have your wife or mother-in-law join VJ it will make the process much smoother for you both. You are trying to accomplish what many Americans hire an attorney to do. Yes it is fairly feasible to accomplish if you already dominate the language.

  3. If she intends to change her name to her married name, then put her married name. If she does not, then don't

Question 21 asks about the last address you lived together, if you have not lived together, then put n/a. Remember, visiting is not living together.

    Good luck

She will change her name as soon as she gets back home... I will have the paper work here waiting for her to sign and send off right away. We just have to keep it the same so she can come back to the USA, because her plane ticket and passport are in her maiden name.

  4. Hello, I am Simo's mother in-law, I am going to be the one sponsoring him to come to the USA to live with us. They were married in morocco and will reside in the USA. My concern is that she is still in morocco, and I would like to start filing for his papers now, but i want to make sure this does not hurt my daughter coming back to the states since her name on her plane ticket and passport and such is not the same as her married name now. I have the I-130 downloaded and filled out, except my daughter's signature. I do not want to make any mistakes in this legal matter to make it any harder or longer for him to come here. I would do all the work myself but it does not have mother in-law as an option to file.
