  1. once the AOS was sent along with the travel parole and working permit, how long do they process the travel parole and working permit? if the travel parole once process, whats the maximum days/weeks does the applicant can travel outside the USA? does travel parole guarantee a ticket to go outside and come back to the USA? how many times does the applicant can travel outside the USA? is it just a one time ticket entry?

here is the site for processing time in your state https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

  2. Hmmm....to even entertain a scenario does open the door for speculation y'know....

    I totally agree!

To the OP--instead of asking about divorce implications, why not ask about getting some marriage counseling to try to work on your problems? From personal experience, I know that at around the two year mark, lots of people start thinking it is all over because that is when the "infatuation" phase usually has run its course. All it means is that the time has come to really work on the real love stage of the marriage. Unfortunately this is when too many people give up.

You might also want to do some reading on the stages of marriage. Sounds like you are now between stages. It would be sad for you not to seek some help. Best wishes in working things out. Divorce is a very bad experience to go through.

i understand what you are saying, but counseling is not the cure for every one. especially if you have an career oriented disagreement. all i can say is we will see how it goes from now, but at least we are ok now. honestly, if we really have to file divorce, immigration's opinion does not matter much to me any more. the only way to stay with her was to file the papers, and that's what i did, if our marriage doesnt work out, my stay is no longer needed.

  3. i am now a conditional resident, holding the card thats valid for two years btw. me and my wife has been married for almost two years, and i am gonna be quolified to remove the condition next year in may aprox. so my question is what if we divorce during this time, for example if we divorce in dec of this year, can i still apply for removal of condition next year? at the time of the divorce, we have been married more than two years, would it matter? am i going to lose the permanent resident status?

  4. thank you for answering my question so fast, actually i was a F-1 in here for many years before i was adjusted, i never had a K-1 or K3 visa. is there any category explaination information on the web site? because i know CR means conditional resident, i just want to find out what that 6 mean.

I don't think the number really means anything. It's just the number used to identify you from another catagory. CR-7 is what your child would be. What does the 3 in K-3 mean other than K-1 and 2 had already been used.

I don't think we are on the same page, besides i am 26 and i have no children. if you want to find out about definition about K categories visas go to the web site http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/visas.htm
