I HAVE TO WAY EMBASSY HERE TELL ME ABOUT IT ? WE CALL NVC THEY SAY 8 DAYS AGO IT WAS SENT TO BOGOTA COLOMBIA !!! THEN I HAVE TO FILL OUT THE FORMS DS-156-DS 156K-DS230 ? THEN THE NEXT IS GO TO PAY TO THE BANK WITH THAT DOCUMENTS OR ? THANKS , OH I MADE A MISTAKE ON DS 156 , CAN I FILL OUT A NEW ONE OR IT WAS ALREADY SENT TO EMBASSY ? THANKS

OMG No tats so bad , im Sorry for you , well i think you would call to USCIS the one you sent papers, then let them know about it with your EAC number , Maybe you will need to pay again the apply , just call there No stress Pray to GOD , GOOD LUCK

Well i have a questions,, in the form ds 156, they ask me if i have intent to work and intent to study there in USA ,, they say if is affirmative give us the name of employer and name of school , well i have my intent to work and study there bc it supposed to be my new country where i will live all my life ,,, but i don't know where i will work and where to study after im there,, i answered yes to both, but under i wrote this,, ( UNKNOWN AT THE MOMENT ) ,, some persons tell me is better put a no in both bc i have to focus on Wedding no work or study , but what if they think i will just be a charge to USA bc i will no study and No goals to work and help myself to live ? Thanks give me you experience and opinions

Ok look you need to call to embassy of usa here in bogota .. this is the number 325-9851. Then you will get some instrutions there and you will going clicking the numbers of the options you will need.. i meant it is same like when you call to COMCEL OR CLARO. Well you get the appoint there but sure that before to do appoint you need to fill out the form ds-160 it is in their page .. go to check their page. So you will get more info yourself ... just look on GOOGLE for EMBAJADA DE ESTADOS UNIDOS EN COLOMBIA and you will click in visas after in visas no inmigrant and thwy will give you there a steps.... dont forget pay and fill out the ds 160 before to call to embassy .. before we had to buy some minutes hefore to call. Now the new law says is free ... oh before to call you have to be sure of have you ds 160 printed off and the number they give you there .. you need the passport and they make some questions and dont forget the pencil and paper to get your date .... well i hope i could help .. would you please help me knowing what documents they are asking you bring to embassy? Hi , I was wondering if me and my fiances K-1 visa is denied and we get married in Bogota , Colombia i was just wondering if anyone else has went through the same thing - what all did you need to bring , Where did you get married , how much was it and how long did it take ? I am a USA citizen and he lives in Colombia. Thanks for all the help !

Thank you so much for the information , If you get denied for lack of evidence will they give you a chance to turn in more evidence or do you have to either get married or start your k-1 visa all over again?

i was just wondering if anyone's K-1 Visa got denied and if so did you refile or get married in your spouses country and file for a K-3 Visa, and if so what was the outcome. Me and my fiance have filed we are just waiting for our interview and just had a few unanswered questions. Thanks !

My ultima vISA negada fue en septiembre del 2011 , tengo 3 visas f1 negadas y depues del tiempo mi fiance vino a conocerme a colombia e febrero del 2012 y vamos a llenar la solicitud de K1 despues de que ella vuelva en junio por un mes y en julio estariamos haciendo papeles para solicitar visa K1 , deberia eso ser un problema para my proceso , por lo siguiente >> Primero tengo 3 visas f1 negadas, estaba intentando ir como estudiante entonces conocerla mas a lla en USA y tomariamos despues de un año nuestra decicion , pero en las F1 yo presente una cara diciendo que ellos eran Mis amigos y mi familia de acojida , pusieron el Nombre de la mama de ella como responsable , y ahora estoy aplicando por la K1 dicendo que nos vamos a casar y en las pruevas que tenemos por facebook tenemos comentarios amorosos antes de que mis visas f1 fueran negadas, ! que hacemos? y pues en junio estamos pensando e tener nuestro bebe y que ellla se devuelva con un bebesito en la barriguita eso deberia atrazar el proceso o ayudarnos ? GRACIAS mi gente Colombiana ,
