Thank you..we are surprised it was approved earlier than we thought ( 6 months ) but it was a good sign from USCIS!!

We received notification that our AOS has been approved and we will be receiving the green cards within 60 days....WAHOO!!

Hi Inyong! tnx for yout reply..do you have any idea if I can send my son's green card to the Philippines once it is approved? So that he can use it upon his return to the US?

Tnx Aaron for your reply but my son is not a green card holder yet, what he had right now is his EAD/AP combo card.He will be out of the US while waiting for the approval of AOS (green card) and For sure he will not be staying longer than 10 months in the Philippines.

Hello Vj family! My question is for my 16 yr old son who is going back to the Philippines to finish High School using EAD/AP combo card. He came here using K2 Visa on April 15, 2013 and I applied for our AOS last June 2013, and still waiting for its approval. Is he going to have a problem in the Immigration on his return to the US if he stays in the Philippines for 6 months or longer using only his EAD/AP combo card? And when we get approved, can i send his green card on mail in the Philippines? Please help me.. his flight is on the 4th of Dec....God Bless y'all

We are June, 2012 filers also. Sent the application overnight delivery on June 12, got notification of receipt and signature through USPS on June 13. On June 15 we received an Email saying the application was received and being routed to VSC for processing. Still waiting on the NOA1 to arrive in the mail. Good luck to all the June, 2012 filers here!
