Yes! you DO have a problem with English. It is very hard to understand you. Explain what you mean by "Just want to clean out forum" and "how i detect my forum?"

I feel that I have to tell you this so you can work on improving your English. You have POOR English skills. If you continue to give your interview in English, the CO will have a hard time understanding you and your story. It is best for you to use the interpreter, they are there for this purpose. Meanwhile, you can continue learning English and keep practicing it until you are able to convey your message clearly.

at the 2009 aug my 1st interview co ask us to submit mising doc after submit doc our case also requried ap, they took on ap exact 3 month maybe more then that. our case denied coz not to provide them any prove of our marriege then we wait for uscis to revoke our case we send uscis much evidence to prove our marriage is ture, they appoved the case and send back to islamabad us embassy i've 2nd interview on 20 january went well co put me again ap its been now more then 2 month on ap process there is nothing i hear for them,my question is. if that's possible 2nd time put on me ap ?what does it sound like?

your visa is rejected they going to send back your case to usics for revoke mostly case been denied not to provide them much information about you and your fiance .. if you need help from visa journey you need to provide all information as much you can here is a lot experience members always ready for help

Ask them if you are in Administrative processing at this time. They will tell you... From your other thread that is what it sounds like if they want to search something ... background checks is definitely searching something...

oh im sorry i forget about tax return we are fix that they already have our amended tax return 2008 co did not ask me for anymore doc co have our original marriage certificate it's been a while now more then 45 days since i went to my second interview i did not call embassy asking about my case status i don,t know what's exactly going on i don,t think so its going be problem with documents they should told me if something is not right ohh i also told co we amended tax return 2008 co answer is okay he saw it

okay went to interview 20 january 2012 co 1st thing he ask me ...where your wife i told him she is here at the Shuttle service

my wife and i both take shuttle service to going embassy, security guard at outsife of embassy took our passport guard told me i get a phone call from embassy i was talking on phone with pakistani guy working in embassy telling me he told me before when he call for my interview they don,t want to talk to my wife they only need me i reply him you did not told me you just keep telling me i just to reach us embassy everything is ready for me he said okay sir right now you come inside let stay your wife outside that what happan my wife went back to Shuttle service about after 2 hours

thats why i told officer ,,,,, i guess you don,t want to talk to her i was not rude just tired co ask for all emails address yahoo facebook and gmail i give them all information they need from me

On April 12 2008 she left the United States to meet me.finlly we meet each other after long time its amazing feeling , I love her with all my heart and soul on april 15 2008 we get married between round 100 people my femily my mother love her as like she do me my wfie knows everyone in my femily.this is my 1st marriage and wife 2nd with me we having very good time together.she went back to usa after stay round 45day.she filed 130 petition we also filed k3 with send them our fews marriage photos but we didn't continue k3 because date of birth was wrong so i don,t know if they really have i am not sure we filed case by our self then we don,t even have lawyer.she come back to me because we both want to live together during her stay round 4 month i get my interview call okay this my 1st interview with my wife at islamabad us embassy .interview date 27 aug 2009 duration time about more then hour i told him everything ture did not hide anything,

She went to lawyer at 2010 just want to know what exact wrong with our case the lawyer was telling her we have mistake on irs 2008 tax peper my wife is single but she is married then with me, lawyer was also telling my wife we need correct that we should submit photos and some more prove what we have and she was telling my wife we wait for submit evidence to continue same case or filed new one..we do not want to filed new case because of cost.we still don,t have lawyer this
