hi my kids (minor k2 ) still AP. INTERVIEW DATE LAST OCT 21,2013 and it makes me worried too. coz my k1 issued oct 30,2012 last year and i sent them an email so many times, all i can do is to wait but its been a month. goodluck hope to get it soon.

hello good day vjers im so depressed right, now my 2 minor kids had their interview last october 21, 2013 and its approved. before my K1 visa issuance expired ( issued oct 30,2012 ). and the first time i checked the status it says ready and after 2 days it says administrative processing until now we`re still waiting for the result its been 3 weeks, anybody have the same experienced like mine and how long we need to wait ? i am so worried.. tnx for the reply have a good day everyone !

your talkin about ur fiance ? school records,drivers license, state ID. and certificate from USCIS that he is a US citizen.

hello everyone im a k1 holder and im living in the US for 9 mos now, i have 2 minor kids ( 13 & 15 ) in the Philippines we`re getting ready for their paper works to come to the US before end of Oct. my question is do they need cfo or any guidance counselling certificate at the airport ? thank you have a good day !

Im a K1 visa we used co sponsor and its ok, so dont worry about it make sure your docs is complete. good luck !

we used co sponsor for K1 you need i-134 from the petitioner and co sponsor with the supporting documents. I-864 is for AOS. dont worry it will be fine. goodluck !

hello vjers, im a new member to this site although im always reading it during the my k1 process and im thankful for all the members for all the helpful ideas. It made my K1 process go smoothly. Now i really felt i need to ask this question as we're starting AOS.

I have been reading blogs that new medical or vaccines are no longer required for the AOS and some friends told me the same thing too, however when we tried contacted a civil surgeon for the l-, we were reqired to get TST, flu and RPR (syphilis test) vaccinces. Now i really dont know what to do since i had my medical records from st lukes, Philippines and everything was okay. I had chest xray and HIV test taken at st lukes so now i dont know what are TST and RPR for?

Any idea on this is really appreciated..Thank you for all your time. God bless

you need the sealed documents from the civil surgeon dont take the chance, i just filled my AOS last Feb 1,2013 and the follow up TST, flu and RPR (syphilis test) and vaccines from the civil surgeon here in the US is required to send with the AOS application.

yes you need NBI clearance.

please contact the BID in Intramuros they will give you the papers that you need for them.. they will be needing exit clearance just like my 2 y/o son

ECC. is an exit clearance for your baby, your wife`s identification or passport.bring your baby`s nso birth certificate, US passport 2x2 picture and specially the baby at the BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT located in INTRAMUROS MANILA.they will goin to get a finger print of your baby and they will goin to issue an ECC that you will need it at the airport.better do it 1 week before the flight the payment is 550 or 750 pesos..we did this before to our baby boy before we move to alaska. its very easy no problem..takes only 1/2 to 1 hr to get this thing done..have a nice day !

Hi guys! We went to US Embassy Manila last November 14 for our baby's CRBA appointment. We got approved. Thank God! My question is, when will we receive the US passport? My fiance (USC) and now living here with us in Philippines is about to leave on Dec 5. We hope to leave together with him so it won't be difficult for me to travel with a less than 2 months old baby. Should we buy the ticket now and get the same flight as his?

hello to all i have big question my flight will be on the 13th of this month.Tuesday 4 days from now . just confused wher can i give my visa packet ? in Hawaii(POE) are their goin to get my packet? or in Anc AK (FINAL DESTINATION )? its connecting flight actually..please need ur help im worried i dont want to have problems on my final destination.thank you very much guys..
