No, we are still waiting on the NOA2 but I'm heading to see her again in a couple weeks so I'm looking forward to that rather than getting crazy about how slow Vermont is with the petitions. I would do both, submit a sponsor and get a part time if no raise. Better to overcompensate than under.

Welcome fellow Tarheel! I've heard both stories of Manila not allowing and allowing a sponsor. Some say just for CR-1 others say they got a sponsor for the K1 as well.

The 18,200 does not look like it is enough to file so you may need to have a bank account or assets to prove you can support her. The form is needed at time of interview unless you front load it with the petit...
