    Hi there, the Vancouver consulate allows e-mail communication. I would check with your fiance's country's forums to find out how their consulate handles e-mails. Some embassies require that you mail your packet 3.

    Picking up my CPIC today! Finally my Visa is in sight!!

      Consulate received my police clearance from commisiomares feb13th. I read some post that it actually take 3 buss day to actually reach the office since mails must go through security. I'm still waiting too hopefully this week. Most people in our case get there visa 3 weeks after mail was received. Hang in there

      I know this is late, but I was incredibly fortunate to have my visa issued 3 days after they received it. My POE is April 1st. :)
