BTW, dates fill up fast. In a few minutes of trying to find out what to do with the K2, we lost the opened spots, and had to choose a date two weeks from our original intended date.

it takes four hours supposedly. We set up the appointment online the next day. Very straightforward if it's only K1. With K2, a litte more trouble, but it was only a matter of setting up a brand new profile for the K2 child (we had to make the call to the embassy to find that out).

I am just being thankful that I have the resources to visit that many times. I know it's terribly hard for those who do not have such flexibility. Soon. So soon now. Can't wait.

Every day I sort the timeline forum to NOA2 and look at the latest. As I type, two people from Dec. 7 got NOA2 on the 25th of April. Second week of April we should get ours?

Joy is also living in Cavite! I am flying there this weekend (I even lost count...she reminded me it is my 6th visit ).

How do you deal with the waiting? I have used webcamming with Skype as we see other daily and watch each other sleep. Yet still, it is not the same as being there.

I will take a weekend trip there (5th trip) this May 4 for our One Year Anniversary when out of the blue, she dropped me a 'Hello' in IM which started it all.

We are about a month away. The waiting is too darn painful. Wish the US embabssy can change their policy because this wait is unnecessary.
