28 May I sent email to NVC with content:

"...My case is now available according to the Visa Bulletin of 2001. However, I have not received any appointment letter. Thus, I would be grateful to you for scheduling an appointment for me as soon as possible if it is not yet scheduled or informing me of the date of my appointment if my name is already on the interview list..."

and 2 days ago (5 Jun) I received email from NVC:

"...An immigrant visa interview appointment has been scheduled for the

applicant at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General in HO CHI MINH CITY

on 26-JUL-2012 at 09:00..."

Guys, a member in vietnamese forum which PD is 16Jan2001 will be scheduled for an interview on 03July. So F4 will move forward at least 2 weeks.

i think you will get your letter anywhere from 26 may to 12 june..

so if u get appointment letter....keep the forum updated..

My PD : 12Jan 2001 and i'm from VietNam

Hello everyone:

I noticed that no one has posted recently. I have a few questions and hopefully someone can reply with helpful answers:

I am the petitioner to my sister and her her family in El Salvador. The PD is Jan 8, 2001, the application got approved and in 2008 they sent us a notice that the case was being moved to NVC. Between 2009 and 2010 NVC requested civil documents, DS-230, income tax - everything! Then the retrogression happened and everything stood still. My priority date is now up again (June = Jan 8, 2001) - just wondering if anyone knows when I should hear from NVC to schedule interview appointment and physical exams. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can u tell everybody what happen after call or email NVC?
