Not clear on the form instructions, I meet the 3 year requirement for marriage, I guess my question is how long should I hold my 10 year green card before applying for US Citizenship

I have been a resident of United States since 09/08/12, my lifting conditions were approved 03/11/2015 and received 10 years green card. My husband is a US citizen, When can I apply for US Citizenship

I have received my I-797 NOA, but still waiting on Biometrics, Why I can't track my case on USCIS website. I enter my EAC number and it shows invalid.

I have mailed my I-751 application and documents on June 13, 2014, however I forgot to include my spouse copy of conditional green card front and back, should I send it under separate mailing or just wait for the rejections packet to come back to me?

What is the procedure for bring my mom and dad to the United States to visit. I am here on a conditional visa with my American husband. I had a baby and would like for my parents to come and visit and see their grandson.

My wife is holding a CR-1 visa. She is pregnant now and our baby is due June 2013. What are the chance of her mother and father being allowed to visit us in the USA from Ethiopia!

My wife entered Washington DC Port on Sept 8 2012, how do I check the status of her CR1 Green Card and what number is used to check that status, i.e. ailen number or case number?

How do you know the embassy has received your case from NVC, I have the date that NVC sent out the case but have not received anything that the embassy has it.

If your case is completed at NVC it is closed and forward to the appropriate embassy

My wife will be arriving to the Untited States soon. Am I allowed to leave her in the US, while I accept overseas employment. I understand she can't leave the US without her green card and when she get green card she can only be outside the US for 6 months (conditional green card). Am I allowed to leave my wife alone in the US and accept employment in the Middle East. Can someone show me where to go and read the law on this.

What about name change. For example I was married in Ethiopia and they don't put the married name on the certificate, nor do they change the passport. I can see where this will cause problems later having to produce your marriage certificate each time because of the difference in the last name. When my wife arrive in the US, I intend on getting married here for the sake of the name change.

Why is there more pictures needed at the interview. I understand one may be needed for the visa. Does spouse maintain her country passport or will also the United States issue a blue passport. I am talking about the passport pictures.

I am expecting my wife interview to be in August 2012. Is is a good move to start her medical now? NVC case is complete as of July 3, 2012 and told to expect interview date August 2012. How long will the medical be good for prior to the interview. I don't know if I read somewhere that it is ok to start medical 1 month in advance.

USCIS don't update your status until it is aproved. You can check for months and it will still show initial review.

Has anyone had experience at the US Embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with their interview?
