This is just so stupid at this point...

I called last week to check my case status.. I have been told to inquire again next week as I have to wait 3 days before the system allows the immigration officer to check my case... WHAT ??!?!

So then I dialed today and been told that unfortunately the system is down so either call again in 2-3 hours or tomorrow...

The USCIS service is the worst ever... maybe worse that the DMV here (and that is hard to come by)

I got NOA 5/12/2014

We almost 2 months now since and NO biometrics letter (I know my prints are Current) but WTH ?!?! I can't even check my status online....

Yes. Just gave all the details I could and got response within a day

Does that means I waived biometrics?

Service Request replied:

"A review of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) records indicate that your biometric information is current. USCIS will contact you if updated biometric information or any other additional information is needed to process your petition."

Since 2009 all non-US citizens, including Green Card holders are fingerprinted on re-entry.

According to this statement I am assuming whoever here that did get biometrics appointment didn't re-entry in last 2 years ?

Ok I think I found my answer. The case status # on NOA1 doesn't work .. you need to use case status on Biometrics letter to get any information.

I don't think so. He claimed he had been doing it for a long time. I think more likely he isn't staying apprised of current developments

Congrats! You will be done with this soon. I am sorry you had problems but just so you know I had same problem with the Combo card in the states. Some of them just don't update with new AOS / travel permits rules.
