no i didnt receive my green card the same day, where u guys got that from? i am sorry that is a miss understanding, i was married , april 28 2011, i become a resident the 10 july 2012

Hello everyone , i am trying to figure out when can i apply for citizenship , i have been married to a US citizen for almost 3 years , will be exactly 3 years in July /10 /2015 , i heard that i can apply 90 days earlier if i meet all the other requirements witch i do , so i can i apply now ? is exactly 90 days away from my 3 years anniversary , i received my GC in 07/10/2012 , please help and thank you

here is what happened, i applied to lift condition and i was approved in a short time , i waited for my 10 years green card to arrive , ones i open the package and looked , everything was ok except for one more letter in my first name , the mistake happened before when they send me the BIO letter , when i talked to the lady at the USCIS office she said she will correct that but somehow the mistake still there , i called them and they said you need to file i-90 with proof of the correct name to replace the card wich i did , the question is now i dont have the green card because i have to send it back with the form and i only have 2 yers expired green card plus notice of action that said i can work and travel for one more year and that one will expire like in spetember 2015, i am confused because i dont know if the notice of action still work with the old green card ? or not because i am already received 10 years green card ? but i dont have it? what to do guys?

so i did send my package for lifting conditions the I-751 , like a week later i received a notice with a receipt number saying that i can travel and work .... any way every time i am trying to check my status online nothing happens it just say this :

hey guys again is confusing , when i file the I-751 for lifting condition of my GC the fee is 505$ plus and additional fee 85$ for biometric , i am going to send a cjeck , should i add the 85$ to 505$ in one check? or wait ?

i am filling the I-751 to remove condition of my green card , in the second part they asked about the petitioner information witch is my wife the US citizen , they asked about the A number , i don't know what they mean , should i put the same A number of mine in the green card because we have the same case because she is my wife or just leave the spot empty? and about the children , they asked to list the children , me and my wife don't have any but she have 2 from her first marriage , i don't understand please help me and thank you

after sepnding a whole year apart from my family i really would love to bring them to live with me here in USA but i dont know what to do or how , i would love to bring my whole family here like my parents and my 2 brothers and my only sister , what should i do ? the best way to do it? i am doing good here in USA and i have a job and i am a green card holder and i never have a problem with the lows , pleaz help me and thank you :}

you not saying the truth, how u can visit america 3 times and you never learn to speak English even to said that u have receipt for the stuff u have , something else , how you can be in tourist visa but u need to back because your dad needs you?

something else embassy did the right thing , your story did not make sense at all and if you like to travel why you always choose USA to visit ? GO TO PARIS , GO TO EUROPE , WHY YOU JUST WANT TO GET HERE?

Called my Target HR and I'm verified already. If anyone else really needs the job and is waiting on sending out the information to LexisNexis, do it asap. I got verified within 24 hours of sending in scans of my documents.

the Target store i applied in was full of ###### , when i call them next day to told them i will proof to them i am fine and clear and it was just mistake , they told me they already offer the job, they just lie because they dont want to deal with me anymore , they have no character!!

hey guys again , well after couple calls to the company do the background check on me for target , they did agree to do new background on me then send me a letter in the mail said that i am able to work and no problem , so they just make me lose the job and that's all

my friends i want to get help to understand the situation i am in pleazz, i have being applied for jobs and i receive phone call from Target company that they are interested to hire me , well after 2 interviews , they give me confirmation code and they said they like me , next day they call me and they said i need to came to fill couple form for the job and they told me back to start training Sunday and i have to buy red shirts with my money and pants for work which i did and they said they still just need to me do a drug test and background check , so i give them my ssn and all the information so they can do that and i was happy until today , i receive email from them and they said they cant offer me the job anymore , i call them to know why and they told me because my background check was not clear and they have nothing to do about it because they receive the information from company called lexisnexis and they are the ones that do the check on me , so i call this company and ask them why because i never had done any thing bad in my life and i never being in jail or even have car ticket , so they told me that my ssn is not matching my age and maby because the ssn is new because i just receive the ssc 3 weeks ago

i said what ??? maby you guys mean you just make me lost the job that i have long time waiting for because a thought ? then they told me we cant not answer you yet we need copie of the ssc and the green card so we can know why , that's mean you just destroyed my life and i have 2 weeks freaking happy about the first job in america and all of this because my ssn is new? or what?

Im from St. Paul, MN too , have you try any temp agency they should be able to find you a job and make sure if you do apply than try to work with one agent so this agent can help you directly, im planning to do this with my fiance when he comes here because i know alot of temporary agencys that doesnt require experience. Good luck in the job search.
