I think this must be the 100th time I have posted in this forum!! Our interview for AOS is on Thursday 17th May and i think im nearly there!
I have everything listed on the interview notice BUT the part that confuses me is the bit where they ask you to bring copies of everything subitted...
1. For the I-864 we submitted my husbands tax returns via turbo tax, since then we went to the IRS office and have all his tax return information and i will take these and a copy of these.. is this ok even though we didnt submit these papers? I should think it is better?
2. My I-693 Medical information - I was only given a letter with my results on it, I dont have a copy of the I-693 it was given to me in a sealed envelope (as requested) and I wasnt able to make a copy of this? Will this be a problem?
Apart from that, I have everything and i have two copies of everything in case they want to keep anything ( took ages to get everything together!!)
any other last minute tips for the interview? I just cant wait for the interview to be over its such a long waiting game and its so stressful getting everything together making sure everything is perfect ! But Visajourney has been SO HELPFUL!

So our interview is in 2.5 weeks (17th May) - and I have pretty much most of our documents together but just had a massive worry when putting our car insurance stuff together... his drivers license and our car insurance is under his parents address - will this be a problem?
I know that in the UK (im from London) that it is a problem when your drivers license is under a different address to your insurance and its ok to be registered at an address different to yours if you are living in temporary accom. like university halls etc. but I didnt know what the rules are here and will this look a bit odd?
we live close by but we are living at a different address and our bank information and all other insurance such as health is under our permenant address.. If we need to change addresses on our insurance and his license will we have time for this??!
hope someone can help me?! thanks in advance

You only need to take what is on the notice...everything else is fluff. If its something you feel will give real strength to proving your relationship bring it just in case...they are only interested in the solid stuff...ie pictures with family, tax transcripts if filed jointly, other joint accounts...like car insurance etc.
oh okay ! Great thank you

I know there are many forums on what to take etc and it is advised to take pretty much everything !! But i was wondering, apart from all the obvious documents and everything listed on the interview notice, do we need to take my husbands tax information (i.e all the stuff we filed with the I-864)? We submitted turbotax papers,is it best to get the original tax papers from the IRS office? HOw long does this usually take? we have exactly 2.5 weeks until our interview date?
along with this we will take:
Copies of all forms we filled out
birth cetificates, passports, entrance visa (for me), my husbands social security etc. photos and bonafide of marriage etc
hope someone can help !!
thank you in advance

I filed on the 1st feb. and my status Is Still in "acceptance" and I also had my EAD approved before my scheduled biometrics.. I called up tOday and the lady I spoke to said sometimes they don't update online ! Good luck with the rest of your process

Thanks for your help!
I dont know how much it really does speed up the process... im not really sure what happened to me but i went in for a walk-in biometrics and in the afternoon my EAD status changed to "card has been sent for production" :| I dont know how reliable this is! I am going to call to verify.. as i know the EAD cant be produced without fingerprints..
Never ending interview questions!!
