@Dee&Bryan- sis, gano katagal from the moment na narecv mo ung case number hanggang sa narecv mo ung email ng nvc bout sa aos and ds3032??tnx sis..lapit kana matapos..
Hi Sis, after namin makuha yung case number we had to wait like 2 weeks para magenerate yung invoice for AOS, then after nun magsend ka ng DS3032 via email then another 1 week to generate the IV fee bill.
