    I was unemployed last year and made only$6000 but I started working since January 2012. do I need to have a sponsor I-864 to help me satisfy the poverty guide line requirement. my income from this current job is $36000/year and I have bank statments and letter of employment showing my current employment status and my income. Am I gonna to need a sponsor since my last year tax return shows only $6000.

      No. You will not require a consponsor. Your paystubs and employment letter are adequate to satisfy the requirements. Current income (your job now) is actually more important than the tax return.

    I got my first NOA1 for my fiancé october 26th. When should I expect to get my NOA2. It's been already 4 months and a few days. Is it too much delay for my case?

      No, it's normal.... Processing times are 5+ months, we waited 6 months for our NOA2. It will come! :)

      yeah.we got our noa2 almost 5months.we filed sept 2011 and got noa2 feb22..you will have it soon:)
