  1. Hello,

i am filing out the g-325a and the section where it states to list all the addresses that the beneficiary has lived had in the last 5 years is alittle confusing for my situation. My fiancee was a migrant worker in russia and from one of the central asian countries. The beneficiary worked legally in russia but often lived in a home that was not registered under their name and multiple people lived there. They would get 3 month or 1 year work permits and registering at the local police station, the police would put a different address.  There is no problem telling the truth since there is no crime committed, but the beneficiary only remembers the address of the place they lived at the 5 years. How do i proceed? do i just put that address and move on? or try to explain this?

  2. Sorry my friend for late reply !!

both boys/girl r going under AP ,,, so tell us how was ur wife's interview I hope passed it successfully without AP Insh'ALLAH ...

Check my timeline. Actually women aren't being put in AP. My wife went in and they asked her 5 questions and she showed the wedding album. They gave her a ticket to come thursday to pick up the visa.

I checked monday on the tracker and it said administrative processing and monday evening it said issued. The visa was printed and my wife picked it up this thursday. Good luck

  3. Oh good, maybe the Seattle office is up to speed on not needing the Beneficiary's BC. Im having my husband send me his anyway. JUST in case.

    :D

How much evidence did you submit, if you dont mind me asking?

    I submitted

4x wedding pictures with my family her family and cutting cake /etc

3 different receipt from western union of me sending her money.

chat records from 3 different months, just a few pages each.

    marriage certificate/ translation

copy of her identity card /w translation

copy of my bio page from my passport

g325A signed by her (filled it out and scanned it and emailed it to her to sign.)

    That's pretty much it.

  4. Hi everyone,

I got my approval text today for my i-130 petition for my wife.

    Priority date = september 14, 2012

    Notice of transfer = september 20, 2012

Arrival of case at final destination = october 3, 2012

    * No updates on text or online between approval and the day the case arrived at the final destination.

Original office = California service center

Transfer to = NBC > Seattle local office

From my experience it seems like the cases that were transferred to the local offices are getting approved around 60 to 90 days.

Also if you are someone like me who checks the amount processed by each office on the USCIS website, that doesn't mean

much in the long run. It seems like the transferred cases to local USCIS offices are getting special processing. For example

someone from Dallas Texas just recently got approved and Dallas has way more cases than Seattle. The time period was between that

    60 to 90 days.

Thanks everyone, first time poster, but i read a lot on the forums.

  5. Hi everyone i am new to the forum and i have read alot of the other forum posts getting ready to start my own CR/130 to sponsor my wife from Afghanistan.

I just have a few questions that i couldn't get an answer to from reading other forum posts on i864/i864a, there is alot of conflicting answers.

I am 22 years old , US citizen, College graduate.

I am currently finishing my 2nd degree and as a student have 0 income.

I live with my parents and my sister, and my parents count me and my sister as dependents on their tax forms.

I want to sponsor my wife from Afghanistan, based on the CR- 130 visa system.

My parents income exceeds the 125% above poverty limit for a family of 5( this is including my soon to be sponsored wife).

We will all be living in the same house.

I had a few question about the i864 affidavit of support. I read the other post but they give conflicting statements.

In order to sponsor her i need both of my parents incomes to meet the poverty line requirements. They file taxes jointly.

    1. Do i file 1 i864 for myself as the main sponsor with 0 income listed, and 2 i864a 's for my mom and dad as household members?

    Or

    2. 1 i864 for myself as main sponsor with $0 income, one i864 for my mom , and i864a for my dad.

keep in mind i am adding the incomes of my mom and dad , i.e household members to my own.

    Thanks
