When you email the VFS make sure to give them both your full names as well as your INS receipt number and you case number. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any other questions and I will try to answer them for you.

I emailed the VFS and asked them if they could please send us the interview letter in a PDF format via email, so Harsh could schedule his medical exam and get his PPC. It took several days but they did send it to me in an email and they said they mailed packet 4 on 3/19/12, which Harsh has still not received. So i would start emailing the VFS @ infousmumbai@vfshelpline.com as soon as possible.

Hi Chrystal,My fiancee Harsh is having his interview in Mumbai as well on 4/19/12. We had never received packet 3 or packet 4. What I did was email the VFS and tell them that we had an interview scheduled but we had noit received the Interview letter/ packet 4 and that Harsh needed it asap as he needs it to get his PPC and his medical exam.
