requesting for initial evidence again!!! in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas Posted March 1, 2012 hello pls i need help ,i filled in for i130,1485 and employment applications on jan 5 2 weeks after i recive biometric which i have done 2 weeks after i got request for evidence for sponsor which i submitted for joint sponsor yesterday i got email they have mail me another request for initial evidence i am wondering what could that be or do they request for evidence one after the other pls anyone can help me on this i will be grateful thanks
