I am on an O1 visa for almost 3 years. I am considering switching employers. Does anybody know whether I can just submit a new petition without getting all the support letters (external consultation) again ?

Hello,
I am a J1 physician, applying for an HHS Research waiver. Does anybody here have any experience with the process ? I am about to file the application with HHS, but not sure what the chances are, and the expected processing times.
