Hi! I saw your forum post from a few weeks ago about your fiance's AP status. Has your case shown up on the Abu Dhabi web portal yet? My husband's been in AP for over 12 weeks now for his I-130 petition :/

It's said the same thing since the first day: "your case is in AP" and that it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months :S

Hi Mel! My husband also had an interview in Abu Dhabi back in January. His case is also still under AP..hopefully Inshallah the wait won't be too long!

Hi Asad! I came across your profile and had some questions. My husband has lived in the UAE all his life and is a Pakstani national. We got married in March 2011 and I applied for his I-130 through a lawyer in the US in April 2011. His interview was on Jan 29, 2012 and has been under AP since then under section 221g. When you were in AP, was it under section 221g? Any info would be helpful...
