Do you have any idea why we can't make payment? we can sign in without problems, but as soon as we press "pay selected fees" the screen say the same message all over again "Page not found"

it's sooo frustrating. is there any other way to pay? and pay attention - i am using Internet Explorer 9

So you can re-enter the U.S. with just the stamp as many times as you like, until the green card arrives? Does anyone know if the green card would have to be mailed to a U.S. address, or could it mailed to an overseas one?

I think it's better to wait for the GC as it just take something like three weeks or one month for the most time. about re-entering the US i don't know. maybe someone can help with this.

As long as you leave by the expiration on the visa, you're fine. Some people do stay longer due to work or other obligations and have no problems. Typically, the visa is good for 6 months, but check with your own visa to be sure.

i pick up my passport stamped with CR1 visa today and the big yellow envelope. i want to know if there is a deadline or a timeframe because of medical. i want to stay one more month here to complete my contract and to leave on august 20th. thanks

Thanks Pushbrk , i went to the consulate and show them the mistake they told me to come back in two day, they will have it corrected and then will probably cancel the old one.

no the citizenship is corect but the place of birth is not correct.

the nvc did not correct my foreign state of chargeability and that mistake is now on my visa. Can this cause problem at poe, do i need to have it corrected by the consul or just to wait till i got my green card cause it will probably be on it and then fill the i 90 form? Truly i did did not report it during the interview, i forget or maybe just thougth that it was fixed since. Thanks

i got rfe to show a bonifide mariage at uscis stage and i sent them emails, chat log and skype call history as evidence. this week i will have my interview do i need to bring more evedence because almost three months has passed since i sent the first ones or it's ok? thanks

i'm from India...most of my cousins and friends couldn't go to india for der spouse interview, bec of work and college and they all got here. that's why i said its okay but i didn't know that country made different. only one of my cousin had problem when his wife didn't take the pics. but it will always plus if she comes with u for interview

Parts of this are wrong or may be wrong. First, no DVDs or other electronic media are accepted. Second, 12 months is a very long time not to have been together, so it could be a VERY red flag. The petitioner's presence may not be required, but it ALWAYS helps and NEVER hurts.

Think of the points that it would score if you went into your interview and handed your wife's U.S. passport to the consul, saying "she's outside." This could turn a borderline interview into a positive one, or keep you from getting a refusal and instead giving you a fighting chance. She should make every effort to be there.

In fact, she should try to arrive a couple of days before the interview, and you should take more pictures of yourselves together in various places and circumstances. Find a place to print the pictures, and submit them as extra evidence.

I would not take an interview at any West African consulate lightly. Whatever her other commitments are, she should strive to be there.

its not gonna be big red flag since u guys are not living in same country now. so she doesn't have to be there at interview with u. yes take marriage certificate, call history, sms, chat. take as much as proof you can and don't forget to take pics of both you together, the more pics you have its better. if you have your wedding DVD, then take that too. my cousin had problem when he didn't have pics or dvd at interview. there case got delayed. Lots of luck for the interview.

i met my wife one year ago and we got married the first time we met because we were in relation for one year and half before we decided to get married. now i have to go to my cr1 visa interview but she could not be there with me for serveral reason. She go to school, summer school and work full time in addition i am working in unsecure country where some people have been kidnaped last year, truly i am not at ease to bring her here for the interview. I know that it's probably a big red flag but there is a way to go througth this or she have to be here absolutly? I got all the email from the date of our marriage, i call her phone everyday got call history, sms and chat. I already sent a bunch of evidenc to the uscis in reply to a rfe, hope it will be include in the package sent to the embassy.

you can always send off the payment via postal mail, include that barcoded sheet.

Yes i have jus sent the fees by usps express mail with the invoice letter, i have wait something like 8 days and they have not reactivated. But the way, i sent the package cause one aperator ask me to send it with the coversheet while they are fixing the system. I did not know it could be a problem.

after a long wait and no action from nvc to regerate the failled payment, I decided to send my iv application fee by mail, so just want to know how long nvc take to process it? thanks

I had a problem paying invoices from my computer also. I think it was because of security settings, not sure. I had to have my husband log on and pay from his computer and it worked for him. Try using someone else's computer before snail mailing.

we paid and it's show rejected after almost a day. now there is no activated fees i can select to pay again. i called them to reactivate it but seems that nobody can help , the supervisor as well

hi , i am a terrible situation and don't know how to deal with this, i paid the IV fees online and it was in progress when i print the cover sheet and sent the document to the NVC, the day after it showed rejected. i am waiting since last tuesday they still not regenerat the fees again, i called so many time and talk with supervisor, they always say in few hours they will fix it but already one week. the last time i talk with the operator she advice me to send by mail. so i wonder what will happen then, cause they will got my package probably this week with the cover sheet from the failled online payment. what will happen if i pay by mail then whereas they already got my package with them?

hi , i got a big problem. three weeks after sending the ds3032 choice of agent and being received and accepted i still dont have my IV application process fees generated. i dont understand this delay . when i call nvc they say that they are working on it. i never knew that it could take so long just to generate the IV fees. frankly when i see other member timeline , i dont understand why mine is taking so much time.

how does it take to the nvc to relocate the interview. indeed i send a request to the nvc so that they change the embassy where i am going to have my interview,rightnow i am working in a different country from where i got maried and filled the petition. i sent entry stamp, new address and passport biometric page. the nvc got it and they put my application on hold until they process they relocate my interview. my wife call them to know when their are going to generate the IV fees but they ask us to wait until they change the embassy , so no way to pay the fee and to fill the ds 230 now. already two has passed since i sent the choice of agent form and they let me know that the got it. what can i do ? i need to complete with this process.so tired with this long wait.

DS 3032 sent a week ago still not IV application fees . i just get a automatic message , but no letter from NVC stating they receieved and accepted my choice of agent form. want to know if this waiting is normal.

Did they email you that they received and accepted ds-3032 form? If you received that email, and fee is not yet generated you are probably in the same situation as us, waiting for it. Call again and ask if they actually received it. If they did you have to be patient since there is evidently some waiting around for the iv bill.

NO i did not receive any email stating that they have recieve and and accepted my ds 3032 form. well i have just sent them another email this one from the Vj template. how many time normaly it take for them to let you whether si recieve the form or not ? i just got the automatic respons.
