I don't believe it!

13 buisness days later and the NVC still do not have our petiton. What on earth are they doing?

I'm sorry to hear that. I called the NVC today and they have received our documents and assigned us a case number. We received our NOA2 a week ago, on 4/2/12. I hope your materials arrive soon!

That was fast. We're still waiting to hear back about our RFE as well. The CSC received it over a week ago, on 3/20.

Me too. My RFE response was received on 3/20.

I got an email notification tonight from USCIS approving our I-129F (K-1) petition !!!!! I have been unable to contact my better half. I have left an email message, her phone is off, left hear a verbal QQ message.... I am so happy !!!!

Hang in there and it will show up !!!! Go October 2011 filers !!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAHH!!! Just got our text and email notice. Finally got our NOA2! So relieved. Had to call Gino about 15 times before he picked up to give him the great news. It may be the middle of the night for him but there was no way I was waiting until the morning to share the awesome news.

For those still waiting, hang in there! Yours will come and once it does, it will feel great!! Hope it happens soon for you all. Yahoo!

WOW!!!

8:45PM (15 Minutes ago) Email came in.

I was kind of down earlier today. I broke a part on my fuel line of my beetle, and it costed $600 to fix.

but NOW!!!

I am on cloud NOA2.

And the best is that my fiancee will be very happy.

She will find out with (F) and a note.

So now I have to get on my romantic poet hat and bust out the best love note that ever existed.

I think white roses are in order.

Bummer! I submitted our RFE response today...

I just received an email and text with an RFE! I'm shocked. I don't know what else they could possibly need. Ugh!

I'll respond to the RFE as quickly as possible. How much time will this add to getting an NOA2?

I'm not having any problems logging into the website. I just don't like what it says once I've logged in -- i.e. still under "initial review."

We are 5 months and 1 day. I called uscis today and they told me that CSC is behind with processing applications. As of today they are processing September 16th applications.

I also called the CSC on 3/7/12 to ask about processing times and they told me that they were processing applications received on September 16th.

Our interview is on April 3rd. Can't wait to hear "your visa is approved"

We're very anxious to receive the NOA2.

Also, once we receive the NOA2, how soon can we schedule the medical visit and interview with the US consulate in Hong Kong?
