Hi all
I'm applying for a K-1 visa and I am now in the process of gathering documents for my upcoming interview at the US Embassy in Stockholm. In the instructions sent to me they specifically ask for a birth certificate, and to the best of my knowledge (and after googling it) Sweden doen't even issue birth certificates.
Instead the tax agency suggests a "Personbevis", but one of those is also asked for by the embassy in the instructions.
So my question is, have any of you been to a simililar interview at the Stockholm Embassy, and what did you bring as a substitute for a birth certificate?
Swedish Birth Certificate?
in Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)

Thank you for the information.
Actaully there was information about this in the package that embassy sent me, but at first they forgot to include all the attachments so all I got was the checklist. After I contacted them they resent the entire package including the info on birth cetificates. So now I have all the info need
