    One more thing i need to ask you? When you got approve did they send your file to local st. paul office to get decision or not because tier 2 said ours is sent to our local office and we will get interview and he said its require for k1 applicant? I just need to know if they sent your file to local office or not so i will have in mind if we will get interview or not..

      yes ours was held up at the local office.. we filed k-1 also... most people i have talked with did not get interview.. just a letter welcoming my wife to america then her green card... like i said though i also called...its not till i called then there telling me the card was way over due,,

    can i ask you? Did you guys get a interview or straight up approval for green card. We are from St. Paul and still waiting for green card approval..

      yeah there was no interview. we did call three times and it was not till the third call we actually got a lady who knew what was going on. i checked the https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do website once a week , she will get a notice welcoming her to America before she gets her greencard.
