ah ic marami slmat mevisa...balak kasi din namin alis ng march or april pagtapos ng school year ng daughter ko...and interview namin this january para ma prepare namin possible na kailangan para indi na pabalik balik din.

my PD is march 12,2002 ddnt recieve IL yet,should wait or call NVC?

for sure february 10,2002 umabot ang movement ng f2b phi,anyone received IL beyond feb10

I received a checklist cover letter from NVC. I was instructed to correct some infos that are missing on my DS-230 form. The new form was already sent back to NVC. The NVC states on the checklist cover letter to wait 20 working days for processing. I want to know from anyone, what will be the next step of the process after NVC finished reviewing all the documents that we submitted. Currently, my priority number is current under F2B category.

what is your priority date mausky?

yes 8 months movement nakapagtataka,samantalang oversubscribe din yang country na yan...i hope mangyari din sa atin yan...think positive..

I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form

and supporting documents that you have submitted indicates that there is

still some missing documentation.

documents are still missing. You should obtain these documents and

forward them to the visa applicant so they may be presented at the final

interview. The applicant must present all required forms and documents,

including the missing items to the Consular officer at the visa interview.

Should I send the missing documents to NVC or just wait for an interview date and present the missing documents at the consular.

and one more thing,does this mean that my case will be forwarded to the embassy once my PD is current or they will hold my case until I've send the required documents...pls anyone help me with this....TIA

Better send an inquiry to NVC for a proper instruction. Most likely, you will need to send an updated DS-230, birth certificate of your daughter (I am not sure) and an additional payment for the visa fee for your daughter. Good luck.

yes sir nabayaran ko na yung additional fee para derivative..ang inaalala ko lang ung complete requirements na susubmit ko sa NVC ako na kasi magaasikaso para minsanan yung padala sa NVC para walang hassle kpag nag current na pd namin and para maiwasan delay...thank you sir

anyone na would could help me...na reopen kasi case ko add ko derivative daughter ko...pede malaman correct na pagaayos ng documents na sesend sa NVC...correct order ng documents pati nadin required documents.TIA

april 2012 f2b bulletin did not move a day grabe backlog...isang reason ba d2 ang marami nagconvert from f1 to f2b?
