Hello fellow November 2021 fillers,
Today (04-18-2022) makes it 150 days since USCIS is processing my application. Unfortunately, I haven’t received an interview date yet. Every time I checked the status the message is still showing “our records show nothing is outstanding at this time”. I am in NYC is there anyone who applied in November 2021 from NYC area who receive their interview letter yet?
check this link:

Hi Guys,
I opened my account and I find on the documents tab Denial letter, they denied my application.
-
I had my interview on March 2nd, I brought every document with me, but they never asked about documents, when I came home I found out RFE, asking about my arrests, I did mail complete documents, but no status change yet, all it said is RFE
-
the more document you have available the better the case will be processed, as the IO examine your case you should make it easy for him
-
Usually when there is an applicant with arrest the IO can’t make decision and the supervisor who makes decision on such cases, keep checking on your online portal the decision will show up there

USCIS lose the A file, this is an old problem, long time ago people experience their file been lost and they have to wait extra time, usually 1 to 3 weeks, especially when they move to another state, now everything is electronically, I think all your information is stored on database.

Hi Guys,
me and my wife we are in Kansas, currently but my wife got a job in ND, and we are planing on waiting to send N400 until we go to ND.
this has the real time with real applicants from: ND, SD, MN, and big part of WI
few people from ND and SD go to other offices beside Minnesota - Minneapolis-St. Paul Field Office , and even if they do they have similar time and experience.

Hi Visajourney community,
I'm writing this to give back to the community and share my experience with USCIS, I applied in November 21, 2021 for N400, I was married to american citizen for 11 years, she divorce me in November 2022', ''she is a successful doctor, on the divorce petition she said I'm incompatible with her", I was arrested three times: in February 2015, June 2015 and November 2015, but my record since then was clean which means my statuary period of 5 years was clean, because all my arrest were misdemeanors, I was denied citizenship once in 2020 because of my arrests they told me you don't have good moral character.
my interview for N400 was in November 2022, the officer was kinda mean, after the interview they mailed me a notice saying bring all the divorce papers court certified, and proof you paid all your taxes.
thanks to allah my citizenship was approved in march 2023 and I attended my citizenship ceremony in March 9 2023 after 11 years of permanent residency, my first green card was issued in december 2012.
it was a long journey, but hamdollah I attended my citizenship ceremony in march 2023.
from my experience the general rule is that uscis and usa consulates and embassies are mean to muslim men, " be careful if you are a muslim man and married to usa citizen", because muslims are male dominated societies, which create a dilemma in american culture.
on the ceremonies in Minneapolis there were couple of women with a tag saying women voting leagues, they were greeting every woman but not greeting males.
now I'm proud to be a citizen of the great nation on the galaxy, so I can enjoy the rights and freedom of the great American people.
wish good luck to every one.
