  1. Can anyone help with my question? I am happily married now and I went through the same process everyone else has and got approved in 6 months. The questions is for a friend of mine who is currently with his fiance in Armenia. Can he file for petition while he is there or does he need to come back to US to file the petition?? Any help is greatly appriciated :)

  2. Tomorrow my girlie has her interview at the embassy in Armenia it has been 7 months since I have seen her as soon as she calls me with the approval news. I'm jumping on-line and reserving her flight to Los Angeles :))) woo hoo. To those who are still waiting good luck with everything and don't worry you will get there soon, after NAO2 things move along a lot quicker

  3. Elmer I have a feeling you will get yours by Friday the latest hang in there a few hours ago I was where you are right now. And now I'm having a bottle of wine to celebrate I just called my girl and she has a bottle of wine opened as well. I know we still have a few weeks to go but the long wait is over and for those who are still waiting keep hope if you are past 5 months then call USCIS have them send a service request to the worker. Good Luck To all

  4. Omg Omg Omg just got this about 30 seconds ago

    Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On April 25, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

  5. Well in my case Armenia is the country where my fiancé is from, And I thought since the US embassy was as extension of the US government in other countries that the rules and regulations would be the same, but I guess every embassy acts differently. Well thank you guys for the info I'll just wait until I'm given the instructions from the embassy.

  6. Hello fellow VJer's

I'm in my fourth month and the VJ timeline shows that I should probably hear something from the USCIS on April 14th for my NOA2. My question is about the I-134. After I get my NOA2 and wait the few days to contact the NVC, who do I send the I-134 and supporting documents to? Do I send it to my Fiancé so that she can take to her interview? Do I send it directly to the embassy?

For those who have already done this part any advise would be greatly appreciated.
