Hi, does anyone know of an agent that ships balikbayan boxes from Columbus, Ohio?

My fiance has a 2 year old son. We plan on bringing him here, but we did not file for a k2 visa. When she arrives we are going to get married and purchase a house. She also wants time to settle and travel. We will probably petition for him to be here 6 months after her arrival. When filling out question 5 should I put yes or no for will follow you. I'm not sure what to put since he will not arrive on a k2 visa.

this is very difficult for most people to get because of some crazy liability for companies to verify employment and income and standing. I eventually got a manager to sign one for me. But I felt that our petition and paper work was solid with many visits and I was there for interview. I had 3 years tax returns and a years worth of paystubs. Consular only asked for tax returns and never the letter.
Thanks. What about the I-134? Did you get that notarized?

My employer's HR office is located in another state as me and It's taking some time for me to get a employment verification letter from my employer. I was wondering if this is really needed? I don't really understand why I would have to have this if I have my tax returns and most recent pay stubs.
Philippines DSWD Travel Clearance for Minor
in Philippines

Hi, my wife is going to be traveling here with her two year old son on a K2 visa (already approved). The son carries the fathers last name(who is listed on the birth certificate), but they were never married. She has no contact with the father. Will she need the fathers permission to travel abroad with her child? The DSWD website states:
Who does not need a DSWD Travel Clearance to leave the Philippines?
So I don't think she would need the fathers permission, but she has friends telling her it is needed. Does anyone have any similar experience? Thanks.
