i have a concern about the obligation concerning the Affidavit of support

i sponsored my wife last year and my income was above the poverty line and this year we file the tax jiontly and it drops below the poverty line income

does this will affect her status or my status on USA? since we are both permanant resident and i have already sign a affidavit of support which means maintaning the income above the povery line

should i have all coming years the income above the poverty line ? or just the time i sponsored her

i called them and they say wait another 20 bussiness day to get a answer of that

i already waited almost 20 bussiness day

To make it clear for stupid people like together4never 13 when he said I lied to the government respect yourself if u have good information that's okey but just to say to people you lied like this that's what I call stupidity at its best

Once again when they issued a visa for me in my country I was single and after that almost 5days after my visa issued I get married and spent 2 weeks with my wife and then I came to US

What is wrong with that I can't go back after the issued a visa for me to the consular and told them yeah u need to issue another visa for me because I get married now that make no sense at all

They don't care if u married after the issuance of the visa what they consider it as fraud is to go to consulate and when they ask u if u are married and u say no and in fact you are married that's so so bad

But in my case and many more the time they issue a visa for you is what matters for them did u lied at the time of interview or not I did not lie because I was single at that time and my marriage certificate has clear dates for that

I already ask for people who are at the same process not those who just speak for the sake of speaking no more with my all respect to people who help of course

i enter US as single in my visa but i was married( i married when i get my visa at CASA consulate but befor i travel to the US)

and these 2 years which is 2011 and 2012 i filled my taxes as single not married

i ask my accountant and he said you have to file as single because your wife is not here,she has no social security nubmer and so one and so forth

so my question is that gonna cause problem the day of the interview ?

i am totaly confused about that
