Thanks guys! I'm in India and the documentation went to my Lawyer so I haven't yet gotten in touch with him to get the DS-3032 paid yet. It's so frustrating!!! I'm hoping to get through to him tomorrow.

I say that it can't hurt! Some people seems to think it might...but every time I've heard of someone contacted theirs they usually got their NOA2 quickly thereafter. Go for it! :)

  5. Still.Waiting. USCIS come on with my husband's NOA2! I'm living in India with him for gosh sakes! This isn't a marriage of convenience or a fake, quite obviously! ::sigh::

Most likely because they send important documents to you at your "home" address and then you have to file back to the NVC. But for me, my Dad and Lawyer are handling that part for me and my Lawyer will notify the NVC that I am residing in India with my husband till the process is complete. Think it would look less of a sham marriage if you ask me so I don't know why it would be a problem?

Then I just know you'll get your anytime soon now! My Lawyer contacted the USCIS and our Congressman about his I-130 case delay's and I think that helped push things a bit. You might consider calling!! Even if the USCIS tells you to call back after 30 days, I've seen other people who say that before they could, they got their approval. Good luck and keep us posted!
