    Still.Waiting. USCIS come on with my husband's NOA2! I'm living in India with him for gosh sakes! This isn't a marriage of convenience or a fake, quite obviously! ::sigh::

      Hi Waiting_Sugar! I have a Lawyer back in the states and he and my Father are handling everything on that end. :)

      Oh ok thats great! I asked that question because Im going to Lebanon but I dont have a lawyer so I wanted to see if I can stay there even when the approval comes.. I dont want to come back unless my husband comes back you know what I mean? Someone here I knnow told me I have to come back for the NVC stage but I couldnt understand why

      Most likely because they send important documents to you at your "home" address and then you have to file back to the NVC. But for me, my Dad and Lawyer are handling that part for me and my Lawyer will notify the NVC that I am residing in India with my husband till the process is complete. Think it would look less of a sham marriage if you ask me so I don't know why it would be a problem?
