Hello. we were approved last May 14 but the NVC still have no records of our case. My fiance and I are in the same situation as yours but we do not know where what happened to our K-1 package. can you please tell us how to talk with a USCIS supervisor. Thank you very much and God bless.

It's been 30 days since we got our NOA2 but the NVC haven't received our case.

i also signed up for auto confirmation. we receive 1 email during our NOA1 but none on or NOA2 that's why we are wondering..

did they sent you already an email because i just learned about it on the USCIS website? no email notification yet.

today, when I checked the status of our petition at the USCIS website, the status moved to POST DECISION ACTIVITY. I so happy to know about it but my fiance still haven't receive an email about it.

we really pray for that as well.
