I was freaked out also because those were the only dates and i didnt think i would be able to get the birth certificate in time. But if you get the birth certificate registered by next friday at the latest and have them send an advanced endorsement, you will be fine. I also scheduled an appointment for my wife for the same day as the CRBA just incase st lukes cant schedule one earlier.

It takes 10 days from when they send the advance endorsement. I will be able to get her NSO copy in 3 days. You know its funny because i looked like a month ago to see if i could schedule an appointment for my daughter, and there was no openings in June or July at all, only August. So i bet if you keep looking, one will open up in July and you can reschedule..

yes we have called already.. they just told us to call back and let them know the exact date she will be there so they can put her on the list.. i dont know if its safe to make it the same day.. but i think i will schedule one now the day before just so i know i have one and i dont have to wait for St. Lukes..

but you are a step ahead of us because you already have your visa.. congrats by the way! hope my wifes interview goes smoothly..

I would recommend going to the Local Civil Registrar and telling them your situation and and ask for an "advance endorsment" for your daughters birth certificate.. Well we are really lucky because the Civil Registrar is my wifes cousin.. and yes I have been here in the P.I. for 2 years. But what her cousin did was make an "advanced endorsment" where she signed and stamped the LCR copy of the birth certificate and sent it to a friend she had at the NSO so that they make the NSO copy right away.. I dont know if they can do the same thing where you a...
