Does anyone know is it okay to travel while waiting on an interveiw date from the US Consulate of Montreal Canada Ottawa with a Canadian passport for the holidays? Fiance is a Canadian Citizen and wants to travel from Canada to California for the holidays while waiting upon her interview date, is it okay for her to do so without any problems?

Hi Everyone!
My fiancee and I are planning to get married in mid March in teh US. She is from Indonesia and has a tourist Visa. Our question is this. After we get maarried and I file a petition for her I-130, will she still be able to use her tourist visa to come and visit me? She plans on continuing working for a few more months and needs to return to her country after our wedding.

Based on my experienced, its no problems to travel into US with your tourist visa while your immigrant visa on processing. make sure you just come for short trip as a tourist and you have strong tie to return back to your country. I dont have problems when enter US with my tourist visa.
