  1. Glad to be here in the US using my tourist visa to spend thankgiving holiday with my husband while my immigrant visa on processing. Hopefully I can hear good news for my immigrant visa soon, so I can stay here permanently with my beloved husband. Not as a tourist anymore!! :)

  2. does anyone know or have experience coming to US with tourist visa while immigrant visa still on administrative processing? well, I went to interview on Oct.24 and CO gave me white slip that my visa was approved but it might take longer time to get the visa. I have tourist visa valid for 5 years and I plan to use it during thanksgiving and christmas. will I get a problems? thanks for your comments!

I had contact the embassy and asked if I there is any restriction for me to use tourist visa travel to US? they said No. anyway, will try to contact them again to make sure about this. we dont want to have trouble on POE.

  7. Tourist Visa: I talked with an Immigration Officer at LAX about my wife's Tourist Visa and pending I-130 application. He said, "Your wife can use her Tourist Visa so long as she can convince the Immigration Officer that she will be returning to her native country. The most convincing evidence are a return air flight ticket and an existing job.

  8. congratulation on your visa approval!
