ive found the vsf center to be absolutely useless, every time my fiance or i have called or emailed they just read some prewritten script off to you and tell you they dont have any information before they even ask for a case number or name. they told us u havent paid the fees so thats why our packet 4 hadnt arrived but then they later told us that we are supposed to pay after we get packet 4. i honestly think they just get paid to sit there and tell people that they should e-mail or to wait...

we sent ours in by hand but they told my fiance that it would take a month so if its not ready after a month then try calling the vsf or consulate directly and tell them how long youve waited

I would suggest calling the department of state and see if youve been scheduled. i called yesterday and found we had been scheduled but the packet still hasnt arrived so itll make the wait a little easier knowing the date at least
