    after the weekend and the holiday no interview date scheduled yet. Hopefully by the end of this week I have a date in my hands...trying to remain somewhat positive.

    getting really frustrated...called DOS today and the visa wasn't issued in Friday like the embassy told me it would be...grrr

      It took forever for us to getan interview date too due to the hurricane.

      At the interview the officer asked if he had travel plans and he told him what they were...officer said you will have your visa next week. Then last Friday we hadn't heard anything and i received and email stating we would have it the next day...

    Whenever I started this process, I felt I was well prepared and had a good chance of approval. However, after reading into some of the forums, I am starting to worry even more than before :(

      Try not to ready to many, I got freaked out by them too. Just believe in your relationship and stay positive! Its hard but that's what we are all here for!

    So Our interview date fell on the very same day I was set to travel on business Nov 26th, and I wasn't due back until Dec 1st, which explains the tears when he told me the date of the interview. BUT! I just got word that I can travel to JA for the interview. We serve an Awsome God! I get to see my Honey in 5 weeks :)

    How long does it take for packet 3 to arrive? Seems to be taking forever!

      I have emailed them twice with no reply! Can we just email the DS-230 anytime? And if he packet never arrives when does he go for his medical?

    So my case was finally sent to Kingston on the 10th, Now a days Shawn and I not only pray for patients, we pray for every hand that touches our case. Everyday seems seems a little brighter,clearer, like I'm no longer holding my breath for our lives to finally begin together. Like he tells me all the time "Mi soon come baby,don't worry yaself" I now truly believe soon really means soon..lol

      That' s great news! There is light at the end of our tunnels!!We are still waiting for packet 3 to arrive in the mail, our stuff was sent to Kingston almost a month ago!

    They say it makes you miserable to count but it's been 157 days since my NOA 1 that's just over 5 months for those not counting......WHERE THE HECK IS MY NOA2!!! I mean come on already!!!
