WE are applying for AOS and I see that we should apply for EAD and Travel document at the same time. Does this mean that for each Document EAD,I-131 and AOS that we need 3 sets of most of the required documents to go with them? If so do we just put them all in the same packet? Hope that makes since

Yes it can take that long but it is usually quicker. They have to give you the higher estimate. How quickly do you need them?

Well I need to send her Dociments in mail and Nvc sentpacket to Moscow consulate on the 31 of july. So not sure how much time I have...

Also I looked at the instructions to the I-134 Affidavit of support and it say that you only need Tax return if self Employed. If emplyed by A company I ned to give W-2 and Pay stubs. Has anyone ran into this?

Just wondering if anyone knows about showing Tax returns, I filed electonially so all i have is the 1040 that i printed off after i sent. Is that what they want or do they want something from IRS? Im confused i guess

Is 130 pages of skype talk to much to send in packet and some e-mails also? I am sending, Plane ticket copies,copies of passport with russian visa and stamp on it and photos of us together...

How will they know it is for real and from skpye?

OK maybe a crazy question, but how do you print out Sype Conversations for proof? My Fiancee and I have done most of the talking and messaging on Skype...Any advive

You're not supposed to leave any question unanswered. If you check "Birth in the U.S." then you've answered question 10. Leave the rest of the boxes in question 10 blank.

I saw those forms, but i also saw that you are not supposd to leave anything blank, either N/A or None??

On question 10 on I-129F I was born in the United States, so do I just check that and right N/A in both boxes???

one more question if your still there At the bottom of G-325A sheet it says "Applicant print name and Alien registration number in box outlined by heavy border" She did not print with ink she typed her name in ther. Is that the same thing?

It's $340 for the petition. The $350 amount is for the visa fee.

Organizing the I- 129F packet. Do I need to seperate my Fiancee imformation from mine or can it go into same catagories with each other?? Also Internation marriage broker on line 19 on petition! What is this? We met on a free site called Russian Cupid. Do I need to put this there??

I filled out the I-129f form and just saw that it expired on 2/29/2012. I cannot find the updated one? Can I still use this one that is expired??

Does anyone have any pointer on how to organize all documents for I-129F packet? Like what type of binder to use? I would like it to be organized for them and sometimes im not the best at this

How bout scanning it and then printing a copy. Thats what i did and you dont need to make a copy of the back part since theres nothing in it.

Ok Maybe a dumb Question, but it says that I need a copy of my birth certificate FRONT AND BACK showing i was born in USA. But there's nothing on the back of Birth Certificate and when I make a copy of front it shows up on copy of being VOID, like its incriptid in there or something.

My fiance and I are filling out I-129F petition and it asks for a middle name. We as US citizens have middle names ,but she says that she has no middle name to put there. Never have seen this befor i guess, so is this true?

Yes in her G-325A where she needs to list the jobs she has worked and dates..
