  1. Hello fellow VJ'ers,

I am filing out form I-134 for my fiancee's upcoming interview in Rio regarding question #10.

    Facts:

1.) My Fiancee is coming to the USA once the visa is completed.

2.) She is bringing 1 of her daughters with her (child will "accompany")

3.) 2 other Daughters "will follow"

4.) The US Embassy is in Brazil

    Questions:

Do I list my fiancee and the "accompany" daughter only in question #10 or do I list everyone?

When the other 2 daughters "follow", I will have to file another I-134 at that time or another form regarding my income which gets presented to the embassy during their interview?

    Thank you very much.

  2. I came to USA with K1 visa and with 3 kids (at the time 13, 9 and 7) and all of them needed their own valid passport, and yes everyone will need one 156.

If you have more doubts, please, just let us know.

    Good Luck

Thanks for the reply. Do they need their passports when they apply for their visas or can they apply for their passports after the visa process and just affix the visa in the passport prior to travel?

    Thanks,

  3. I am just trying to get my head around the children of the my fiance who is in the process of her K-1 application. She has 3 children (16, 11, and 8). We will get the 16 year old her own passport which, when granted, her visa will be attached to. Should we also get the other under 16 year olds passports? Or do they travel with their birth certificates and use their K-2 visas for entry into the USA with their mother?

Do I fill out forms d230 for each one? I assume yes.

Do I fill out forms 156 for each one and include picture to it?

Thanks for your help all in advance.

As a side note, my fiance is coming from Brazil if this matters.

    Thank you,

    CopaKid
