Thanks any way, I read several times people going to America to visit while a K-1 but when emailed them there was no way to get it

The worst part was that I called them before filling for the visa because I wanted to make sure I could do it, thay said yes several times during my calls but no at the end in my interview and after the payment was done

I didnt want to put myself and my daughter through anything that is not legal, I dont need any of that, Im perfectly comfortable in my country and the only reason to move is my fiancée, I check it with the embassy and they said no twice, once when I went to the interview and second after I mailed them... now is no worth it, Im in my 4 months mark, but pisses me off what they did to me

I'm a honest person, I had proof I was going to come back, my daughter school, a deed to sign, a rent after I left the house I sold I was living in, all my life needs a little more time to finish my issues here. And above all me and my fiancée we both are honest, in fact one of the conditions why America and not Argentina was to be there perfectly legal
