Nice! We have 26 more days of waiting. Fiancée just did her medical today, hopefully results will be ready tomorrow. Aren't we excited?! =D

Consulate received it. Waiting for fiancée to get home to make interview and medical exam appointments!

Hmmm, they said that it was a glitch in the system and that it will work fine if you just select the option where beneficiary will attend alone.

I'm still waiting for NVC number. They haven't received it...

I read a forum that said that happens if you choose an option that says somebody will accompany me to interview. Just select the option that says only the beneficiary will go. Then have petitioner just show up, they won't deny entry.

I got a text message saying the case had been updated. I checked the site and it said approved. Then I got the actual email from USCIS.

I also have receipts for international courier services. This is a big optional, but I'm a police officer, so I had two of my supervisors attest to my character by writing letters. I also included pictures of me in dress uniform so they can see that I am not committing fraud.

Ok, I have all of that plus hotel bills, boarding passes, screen shots of iMessage, whatsapp and kik apps, screen shots of Skype call logs. I also have bills of the fabrics for her wedding dress (her mom is making it). We also bought our wedding bands, so we plan on bringing those as well as the bill which has our name on it.

What documents do you have? I have tons of info, would be nice to cross-reference. Let me know...

I sure do hope that you guys will be ok at the interview. I've read, as I'm sure you have as well, some reviews where the petitioner not being there is no problem, and then there are those that have gotten outright denied on the spot because the petitioner isn't there.
