Rebeca just change the first,Ramirez,Solis is mother last name,u must to be Rebeca Ramirez, just that, good look
what about his last name?? I mean can he only have one, because I don't want him to have two ... so is it ok if he only keeps Ramirez?
-
I know that I can change my last name to take my husband! Problem is he has two ... as is usual in Mexico we take both our mom's and dad's ... for example his name is Juan Daniel Ramirez Solis .... can we take out one so he only has Juan D. Ramirez and mine change it to Rebeca Ramirez????
I don't know if this is possible?? On our next form (I-485) have the new name (married name) and apply for the ssn before he changes his name and then change it to the married name

That's what I thought at first, but my dad was told it an immigration form, so probably they don't know either ...
I guess I will go with paystubs and tax returns from previous years, plus the I-134 filled by my dad

I'm having some trouble getting the Employment Verification Letter from my Dad's Work (he is my co-sponsor). They are asking for a form, "immigration form" that he has to fill out and then turn it in to Human Resources so they can fill it out and do it. Problem is, I can't find any form like that anywhere; I already looked in the Department of Labor Website, USCIS, and the Consulate webpage. I didn't have trouble getting mine, I contacted HR and right away I had it. So, I don't know where else to look ... Do any of you know what form could it be???

Someone here told me so .... and it is true!!
I'm glad he did, so I know I will wait for friday =D

Who is supposed to fill out FORM DS-260???
What if I (the petitioner) fills this out ... should I put my selft as "applicant" or petitioner??
-
I'm not sure which appointment you are referring to (the one available in 14 days). Probably the ASC since you can't schedule the interview until you complete the DS-260.
Exactly ... I don't know which appointment it is, I could not find out because I left the page ... but Im guessing is the ASC too!! So I will fill out the DS-260 form first and make the payment, and then try to make the appointments.

Thanks!!
I will go over the reviews!!

Thank you for taking the time to reply and answer my questions!!
You habe made this very clear ...
So the other forms (ds156Ds-156k, Ds-160) have to be filled out later but of course before yhe interview?
When we logged in the page to make the appointments we got to select the state and city where the visa would be sent, after that would be the payment right?? Once we have form ds-260 filled out and payment (MRV receipt) we can continue to make appointments for ASC and Interview?? We left off on the page with a screen saying next available appointment is in 14 days??? Which would this be? For ASC???
We did not continue because we were not sure, and because we don't have some papers ready ... So I could not find out what was the next step!

Day 2, we did the ASC appointment. Again, only the one getting the visa is allowed in so I waited for her outside. Day 3 was our interview.
I did not know we could do that .... have the ASC appointment just before the interview!!!
I'm so confused on that ...1. schedule the ASC appt 2. fill out the DS-260 3. Interview ... does it work that way???
I got the letter inviting us to schedule those appts today

I'm also in this step ....
I'm confused if the website given is to make the appointment for the biometrics or for the interview in Ciudad Juarez????
My fiancé logged in and it said that the next available appt was in 14 days!!! so I'm guessing is the first one for the fingerprints right???
it requires a payment of $350 dls .... and the DS-260 needs to be filled out before going to Ciudad Juarez for the interview!
