    so if u wanna save time and money make sure his DS-3025 is ready before he leaves the uk this way he will avoid a CS once he is in the u.s, hope everything will go smoothly for you, as i said be patient, you are almost there and keep callind DOS, i used to call them once a week and by the time i was waiting for my passport i used to call 3 times a day sometimes lol, so wish you the best of luck
