it took around 2 weeks to receive my passport with the visa in it since i sent it in, you will hear something soon
they don't tell you that your out of AP, you have to wait till you receive the package, and i believe DX has a tracking system where you can check if they received your package yet, keep calling DX and give them your tracking number http://www.thedx.co.uk and ...
