  1. I was in korea a month ago and promised her family I would take care of her. Her having to go back is very difficult, she hasnt seen her family yet only staying with her friends, she is too embarrassed to see her family, I am on here to see if there is a quick fix, but apparently there is none, MY next step is to fly to korea this weekend and get a lawyer there.

thanks everyone for the help, i really thought maybe someone had the magic bullet, but apparantly not, my fiance cannot read english so she cant tell me what kind of paperowrk she got

  2. Yes I was at the airport, they made me go to the ticket counter and buy her a return flight home, they said if I did not she would spend the days in the holding cell till the airplane company agrees to give her a free flight home. I was so devastated I just agreed and paid for the flight, I was not given the chance to do anything. They allowed her to give me a wedding band. I felt so scared I was frozen, and did not ask many questions, I just kept agreeing.

  3. I do not know why people are calling me a troll or saying I am making a big joke. I came here for help. I have other post. I have better things to do then go on forums and troll. I just wanted to see if anyone who was in my situation had some sort of help to me. Or someone has the best possible next step to take. I do not know if I can reapply or am I just in need to do some amending with a waiver. All things I do not know what to do. Sorry about the confusion, she is not my wife but fiance. I really do not know what to do because my fiances english is not that great. We studied english together in KOrea and I remember how terrible she was. SHe can talk but comprehending what someone says to her is an issue.

  4. The person interviewing was using scare tactics. He asked her to describe my house. He proceeded to tell her that he was going to send police officers to my home to see if the home description would match. He then asked her if all the information was true in our application. She started to talk and I have no idea what happened but they sent her back.

My fiancee is not fluent in english, so I think that the word police and arrested threw her off the charts.

  5. Hello VJ. My fiance received a blue letter with 221g administrative processing in Seoul. Is there anyone else out there with my same case in Seoul. I notice they interview about 3-4 people a day there for a k-1. They put her on AP based on the fact that she was rejected for a student visa before. The student visa was rejected because they determined she did not have enough financial support to study in the US. Now they are using that rejection to stop a k-1 visa. Is there any justice in this AP?
