      How do you know if it has been 'touched'? The last date mine has anything on is 12th Dec or Jan, is that a touch?

      Apparently vermont is slow at processing because of a backlog... BOO!!

      Ya.... it is just where it says last updated. So I would say it probably hasn't been put on someones desk quite yet. I'm in the same boat :( Mine hasn't been touched since 10/28
