Hi, I sent the petitions for my parents on 8/27/2012 and got NOA1 on 8/31/2012, but still haven't gotten NOA2 yet. I checked USCIS website for the status, it's still on the intial review, but they said it takes 5 months, and I have already waited 6 months,What should I do now? Should I ask a lawyer or call USCIS ? Does anyone know what number should I call? Anyone can help me please?
